BBC Radio 1 To Broadcast Live from Official Aftershow Party
To celebrate one of the biggest tours of the year, deadmau5 has announced he will be hosting an Official Aftershow Party for the Glasgow leg of his UK Winter Tour at O2 Academy Glasgow on Friday 17th December, the event will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 1 and features an allstar line up of talent which includes Calvin Harris (DJ Set), Pete Tong, Annie Mac, Zane Lowe, Skream & Benga and UNION, the event will be broadcast live from 11pm on Radio 1 - www.bbc.co.uk/radio1 .
Tickets for the Official Aftershow Party go on sale 9am Monday 8th November www.ticketweb.co.uk / 08444 771 000. There are a limited number of standard seated tickets available for the deadmau5 show at Braehead Arena.
This has been an awesome year for deadmau5 who kicks off his biggest UK Tour to date in December and will see him stage events in Bournemouth, Leeds, Manchester, Coventry, Glasgow and culminate in an unprecedented show at London’s Earls Court, becoming the first ever electronic act to headline the legendary venue and following in the footsteps of Pink Floyd, Oasis and Madonna. He will be joined on the tour by dubstep trio Magnetic Man, Zane Lowe, Calvin Harris, Stanton Warriors and Kim Fai.
